I’ve been here for about three months, and I can honestly say Jessica is absolutely amazing. When you approach her with a problem, she doesn’t hesitate, she jumps right in and takes care of everything. But let me warn you, she’s do not tolerate nonsense. Don’t even think about slipping by with nonsense, because that’s the quickest way to find yourself out the door. I absolutely love her sense of humor. It brightens up my day. I appreciate a manager who genuinely cares and makes herself available, someone who shows true dedication and compassion. Jessica isn’t just a manager, she’s the heartbeat of the whole team, truly the best manager in town suits has ever had.

This place is nothing short of amazing. The GM Jessica is super sweet and over all a amazing person. Although the rates are a little high but customer service like Jessica has I will gladly pay extra for that.

Miss jessica is so sweet, she gave excellent customer service my room was nice and clean and her housekeepers are great keep up ip the good work!

Jessica and staff are very polite and professional, Jessica is on top of things and make sure things are done. My a/C unit went out I notified her she made sure I had one replaced asap.

I just had to take a moment to share a review and shine a spotlight on my incredible housekeeper, Nigema. She’s a remarkable, kindhearted soul whose genuine cares. Her heart is made of pure gold, and it shows in the way she treats people. I really appreciate that she doesn’t just check in with me on scheduled days, she’s attentive and compassionate, always making a point to see how I’m doing whenever she happens to pass by. Before her, I didn’t fully realize the level of dedication and detail that goes into housekeeping. But the moment Nigema moved to my floor, she introduced herself with such kindness and explained exactly what she would do, what to expect, and what she could assist with. She’s committed to safety checks and ensuring everything is done properly, something that previous housekeepers never prioritized. Every Thursday, I look forward to seeing her, not just because of the great work she does, but because of the warmth and sincerity she brings into my space. I truly hope Intown will recognize her dedication and maybe even consider promoting her to a housekeeper training manager(if that’s even a position they have here lol), so all the other workers can follow her example and work unified. Nigema, please keep shining and doing what you do. If nobody else sees your incredible effort, know that I do and I am so grateful for your hard work and kindness.

Jessica is super sweet! Shes very kind, has a warm smile always, and goes that extra mile when you need assistance! Shes wonderful! The other staff on site are also very kind and respectful! I def would recommend to family and friends!
